PRICING

​Turnover Rates are unique to each property:​

• Property Size (sq/ft)

• Number of Bedrooms and Bathrooms 

• Additional Beds 

• Any additional areas (multiple kitchens, laundry rooms, family rooms, etc)

We use a pricing formula that considers a property's unique characteristics to determine a per-Turnover Price.​

 Linen Services:​

• BED LINENS: Fitted Sheets, Flat Sheets, & Pillowcases

• TOWELS: Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Washcloths, Bath Mats

• KITCHEN TOWELS: Dishtowels

*Quantities for all are determined when creating a property profile and standardized for each visit

Owner Items: Owners provide their own Comforters/Coverlets, Mattress Pads, and Encasements, and Beach Towels (If desired)
