We prioritize meeting your needs with exceptional service at Seed Cleaning and Services. While we strive to provide the best and most comprehensive property turnover service, it is essential to understand that our services require both time and money investment.
To help with budgeting, we offer transparent pricing that clearly details our fees. Please note that rates may be subject to occasional adjustments, making this a guideline for understanding our pricing.
We offer more than just a cleaning service; however, we are not a property management company. Therefore, we do not charge a percentage of your rental income. Costs associated with each task enable us to pay our teams for their time and work. You can choose to have us do as much or as little as you want or need.

CALL BACKS
We will return ASAP if an area is missed, at no charge if notified within 24 hrs of guest check-in. If the property has been vacant for 5+ days, this does not apply.
Callbacks are voided for cleaning concerns if;

Guests or owners interrupt a cleaning.

Guests persist or pressure the cleaner to enter the property.

Guests claim the owner or Property Manager granted them early access/check-in.

Inspections will not take place if guests have entered the property during cleaning or before an inspection takes place.

Checking in after the cleaning but before the inspection(inspections are typically before 3:30 PM). If our cleaners feel uncomfortable due to these or similar circumstances, they will contact the office for confirmation.

Inspections will not be conducted on units with an early check-in before 3:30 PM.

We highly recommend that guests and owners not leave personal belongings inside the property, whether our cleaners are there or have yet to arrive (luggage, purses, bags, etc.)

We reserve the right to depart the premises and forego the cleaning (This is due to liability issues and removing any possibility that a guest may claim personal items are lost, stolen, or tampered with)
