We can’t predict what guests will leave behind —

Below are answers to the most common questions we get from hosts and property managers.

Do you service my area?

We serve Panama City Beach, the full 30A corridor (including Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, and more), and Destin (Crystal Beach, Miramar Beach, Gulf Shore Dr, and more). If your rental is in one of those locations and needs a guest-ready turnover, we can schedule the team.

Will you report Damage?

Yes. We do our best to report anything that is out of the ordinary, broken, or needs attention. Depending on the issue, photos may also be provided. 

Will I get notified when you are finishing cleaning?

Yes. You will also receive a login to our scheduling software and receive updates when we have completed the visit for the day. 

How do your Airbnb/VRBO cleaning crews document each turnover, and what if the guests leave the place a mess?

Every job includes photo proof of bed set-up, bathroom cleaning, linen change, kitchen readiness, and trash removal. You get a turnaround report (PDF or email), 

These photos assist us and you to cover any issues or additional charges incurred for extra work to prepare the property for the next guests. 
 

Can you handle same Day Turn Arounds?

Yes. We can handle daily back-to-back guest departures and check-ins.

How do you connect to my calendar? 

We use scheduling software that connects to your ical and any Airbnb, Vrbo, or other booking platforms. This is one step during your property's onboarding process with us to ensure the process is automated and you don't have to worry about us knowing if we have it on our schedule. 

What is included in the turnover cleaning vs a deep-clean service?

A turnover clean covers guest departure cleaning: linens changed, beds made, bathrooms sanitized, kitchens wiped, trash removed, restocking of amenities, and photos.

 
A deep-clean service includes everything above + baseboards, wall smudges, HVAC vents, fans, window cleaning (interior), tile/grout scrubbing, and washing all linens.

We recommend 2x/year.
